When I opened my doors for business about a couple of years ago, I purchased an application to run the operation of my pharmacy.  After working hard for a couple of months to load my inventory and get the system to work, I was very surprised to see that labels sent to the networked printer do not print, when they do actually print, they do so after a long period of time (about 20 minutes). My application vendor points the finger at my printer manufacturer, and vice versa. I was left in the dark for two more months until my pharmacy technician suggested that I call Binary Enterprises Inc because of a positive experience she had with Binary’s engineers at her previous employment. Within just a couple hours, an engineer at Binary has accessed my network remotely and identified a network configuration issue related to windows XP and my application legacy printing with LPT port capture.  The problem was rectified, and my printing smooth.  From that point on, I called Binary for all my IT issues, they always helped me.

I do not know what I would have done without Binary Enterprises, Inc. I run an IV and DME home care pharmacy with 20 employees total. As a PI coordinator, I had found the process of reporting PI data very labor intensive and time consuming until my company started to use the web-based PI system “OUTCOME/HEALTH CARE METRICS” from Binary Enterprises, Inc. The expert design of the entry forms makes it very easy to collect data into the system. There is not a single report I need that the system does not offer. I no longer need to spend time mailing my data to my company headquarter anymore because the Binary Enterprises system allows the headquarter to process any location PI data. Once I needed help to understand a chart generated by the system, I dropped an e-mail to Binary support, I was amazed how quick an engineer responded and how well he explained the information on the chart.

I needed to develop a web site for my IV and Respiratory pharmacy. I wanted to have more than just an informative web site. I wanted to offer my patients and payers the opportunity to rate our services.
