Here is in verbatim a letter from one
of our Midwest customers that repeats the tone of every other one of
them:
To whom it may concern:
For the past 3 years, [our organization] has
been using the Performance Improvement (PI) system, Outcome,
built by Binary Enterprises Inc.
Our PI team uses Outcome [HHCMetrix]
to collect, analyze and report on clinical and customer survey data. The
system is instrumental in our efforts to maintain survey-readiness with
external accrediting bodies. The navigation through the pages is very
intuitive and smooth. The system also provides us with an array of
reports with an unparalleled level of detail. These reports have become
a critical communication tool with various health care partners and
managed care systems. Each report comes with an "Export to Excel"
capability which we have found very useful. In addition, we have found
the technical support from Binary to be incredibly responsive and

At the time of this letter the system
was named Outcome, now HHCMetrix. We have not added nor changed a
single word to these lines. Real comment from an infusion organization
which is still using the system to this day to the greatest benefits.
