The
program implements easy, practical and complete processes to deliver services
to patients, and timely and efficiently bill for the products and services
rendered. Both clinical and billing aspects of home infusion pharmacy are
completely addressed by the system. The program features an easy workflow that
makes the experience of servicing a patient a very smooth one by interoperating
through the following modules: Intake, Pharmacy, Shipping, and Inventory.
Features
Intelligent Navigation.
The web pages are designed in such a way that it is not necessary for a
user to leave the page to search for additional information else where, then
come back. As an example, if a user finds out that, say, the physician , or
payer is missing, the user can add the information right there (on the same
page). If for whatever reason the user needs to leave the page, the user can
return at the very point he/she has left off.
Detailed Reporting. The product comes with all the reports you will
ever need.Rich modality in generating reports; reports can be aggregated by company/enterprise-wide, location, month,
quarter, year.
Rich Set Of Utility Functions. User can maintain all master
tables, such as facility/hospital, referral, authorization, physician,
employee, insurer, pricing rules, diagnosis,…etc
Flexible Printing. Printers are user configurable. A user
selects which printers his or her reports print on. Some production line
reports can be automatically be queued when the system saves prescription such
as mixing reports, batch records, plan of treatment, labels, …etc Additionally,
user can edit, re-print any file in
report folder.
Templates.
Versatility. Easily interfaces with Microsoft Excel. All reports can be exported to an excel
spreadsheet simply by clicking on the “export” button.
Easy data collection. Entry forms are ergonomically designed to
minimize the time a user spends entering data. The selection dropdown boxes are
populated with context and branch sensitive data.
Web technology. Once the
system is installed on your PC or your server (depending on the size of your
organization), a browser (Internet Explorer) is used to access the information.
The central database is readily available to users at remote branches or locations
by using a browser without having the need to implement extra hardware.
