The home healthcare metrics/outcome product collects, analyzes and reports on clinical and customer survey data.  It is a “must have” tool to maintain survey readiness with external accrediting bodies. As an example, if a user finds out that, say, the physician , or payer is missing, the user can add the information right there (on the same page).
