Our PI team uses Outcome to collect, analyze and report on clinical and customer survey data. The system is instrumental in our efforts to maintain survey-readiness with external accrediting bodies. The navigation through the pages is very intuitive and smooth. The system also provides us with an array of reports with an unparalleled level of detail The reports have become a critical communication tool with various health care partners and managed care systems. Each report comes with an "export to excel" capability which we have found very useful. In addition, we have found the technical support from Binary to be incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs
